We are a small family business specializing in making great pizza. In fact, the best pizza in Manitoba starts with Pina-zza. Aptly named Pina-zza, we operate out of a mobile kitchen in our hometown of Pinawa. Since we are outfitted specifically for the making of pizza, and are capable of relocating, we have the ability to serve outside of our home location (within a 75km distance) for special events including catering.

Our Process
The secret to our success is in the creation of our pizzas. We don’t just throw together a pizza, we build it with intent. Obviously starting with a quality crust is the first step, our foundation. The sauce is then generously applied, now begins the construction. Layer one is the first application of mozzarella, this is considered the bed, layers 2 – 5 are the toppings, the body of the pizza so-to-speak. Lastly is the final covering of mozzarella. From
there, they are finished off in a stone oven made solely for the creation of perfect pizza.
